KAGAZNAGAR (ADILABAD DT.): The rainfall at Kagaznagar town seemed to have eased just enough on Saturday afternoon to allow TRS president K. Chandrasekhar Rao address an election meeting. The lull came even as he was entering the town on route to the SPM ground where an estimated 10,000 strong crowd was waiting for him patiently. Instead of the scheduled time of arrival at 4 p.m., Mr. Rao came at 5.45 p.m. The crowd however, remained at the ground protecting themselves with umbrellas and upturned plastic chairs. As the TRS president was about to enter town, the rain stopped providing much relief to the organisers. The crowds who had been hanging under shelters at some distance began flocking to the ground.
