Academic council formed

Coimbatore: An academic council of Coimbatore Matriculation Schools has been formed as per the instructions of the Director of Matriculation Schools, Chennai.

Elected

A release said R. Ilango, Inspector of Matriculation Schools, Coimbatore and The Nilgiris, is the chairman.

A Paulraj, Principal, Carmel Garden Higher Secondary School and Antony P., Principal, Trinity Matriculation Higher Secondary School, have been elected secretary and treasurer respectively.

All the principals of the Coimbatore district matriculation schools are its members.
