Conference on global warming

COIMBATORE: V.L.B. Janakiammal College of Engineering and Technology will organise a one-day conference on “Global Warming and its Effects” on September 9 in commemoration of the silver jubilee of the college.

According to a college release, the conference, sponsored by Indian Space Research Organisation, will cover causes of global warming, its effects, climate change, changes in the ecosystem due to global warming, modelling of global warming, and other related issues.
