BANGALORE: Reeth Rishya of Tamil Nadu, the eighth seed, shocked second seed Manika Batra to clinch the junior girls' singles title in the Servo National ranking table tennis South Zone championship here on Saturday. Reeth won 9-11, 11-6, 11-5, 11-8, 11-6. In the youth boys' event, TN's Susmit Sriram toppled top seeded Soumyajit Ghosh of AAI in the pre-quarterfinals before losing in the next round. The results: Boys: Junior: Final: Rajib Sarkar bt Abishek Yadav 8-11, 11-9, 11-8, 8-11, 13-11, 13-11. Girls: Juniors: Final: Reeth Rishya bt Manika Batra 9-11, 11-6, 11-5, 11-8, 11-6; semifinals: Reeth bt Cameli Sil 8-11, 12-10, 16-14, 11-7, 11-4; Manika Batra bt Narasimhapriya 11-9, 11-13, 10-12, 11-6, 11-5, 11-4.
