Beautification drive:The renovated Mahatma Gandhi Park on the Kollam beach will be inaugurated by Minister for Tourism Kodiyeri Balakrishnan on Wednesday. The park has been renovated at a cost of Rs.1.86 crore, utilising the tsunami fund earmarked for coastal area tourism development. The work has been carried out by the Harbour Engineering Department.
