Cash stolen from cloth shop in Tirupur

Tirupur: A sum of Rs. 78,300 was reported stolen from a cloth shop situated on P. N. Road on Monday.

Tirupur North police have registered a case based on a complaint lodged by shop owner A. Subramaniam (38). According to the complainant, the cash kept inside the table drawer was missing when he returned to the shop after a short absence.

The salesman of the shop was reported missing.
