St. Xavier's posts win
THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: St. Xavier's College defeated AG's Office Recreation Club 3-1 in the Thiruvananthapuram District ‘B' division football league at the Medical College ground on Wednesday while Golden Eagles crushed Jaihind (Puthenthope) 4-1.
In the ‘E' division, UKFC (Pozhiyoor) defeated Lucky Star FC by a solitary goal to finish its engagements in the league on a winning note.
UKFC finished with 16 points and is currently at the top of the table followed by SBT which has 13 points with a match to play.
Fort Young Challengers crushed Kickers FC 6-0 in another ‘E' division league match.
