Healthy baby contest to be held today

Visakhapatnam: A healthy baby contest will be organised by the Inner Wheel Club at the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology of KGH and at the Ghosha Hospital on Friday.

Dr. A. Syamala and Dr. I. Vani will be the judges for the contest while Dr. D. Subha Devi will grace the occasion as the guest of honour. The club will also distribute tonic, fruits and biscuits to the lactating mothers to mark the ongoing breast-feeding week, according to club president V. Sarada and secretary M. Suneetha.

CPE students excel

Students of Centre for Professional Education (CPE) secured good marks n the CA PCC and IPCC examination. Bharat Kumar G with 356 marks was the topper from the institute followed by Anusha A with 339, Pallavi K with 329 and Praveen M with 316 marks, according to CPE director M. Jagadeesh Kumar.
