VISAKHAPATNAM: E.A.S. Sarma, former IAS officer and convener of Forum for Better Visakha (FBV), has lodged a complaint with the Two Town Police Station. In his complaint addressed to the Station House Officer, he enclosed a copy of the letter which he had received from some anonymous person and a covering letter asking the SHO to treat the letter as a complaint and lodge an FIR. Meanwhile, Praja Spandana in a statement expressed shock at the threatening letter to Mr. Sarma purportedly written by some industrialists who were opposing his pro-poor and anti-industry campaign. Praja Spandana president C.S. Rao expressed solidarity with Mr. Sarma in his crusade against social injustices against the poor and downtrodden. Mr. Rao assured him: “You are not alone in your fight against anti-social elements and anti-people policies of the Government.”
