Rahul Gandhi to visit State

GULBARGA: All India Congress Committee general secretary Rahul Gandhi will undertake a two-day tour of Karnataka from August 13. He will visit Bangalore, Shimoga, Gulbarga, Mysore and Hubli-Dharwad and interact with the students.

Karnataka Pradesh Youth Congress Committee general secretary Priyank Kharge, who is New Delhi finalising the tour programme, told The Hindu over phone that as per the tentative programme Mr. Gandhi would arrive in Bangalore on August 13 and interact with the students from different colleges before leaving for Shimoga and Mysore for a similar interactive session. . On August 14, Mr. Gandhi will visit Gulbarga and meet students there.

He will leave for Hubli-Dharwad for a similar interactive session and return to Bangalore before leaving for New Delhi.
