PALAKKAD: Minister for Local-Self Government Paloli Mohammed Kutty will inaugurate a Rs.8-crore drinking water supply scheme of Agali grama panchayat on August 14.
The scheme is being implemented by the Attappady Hill Area Development Society (AHADS).
The Minister will give away the keys of 232 houses constructed for the tribal people under the Hamlet Development Programme of AHADS at Oothukuzhy, Keeripathy, Moolakkad, Vayaloor, Kottamedu, Dundur and Karivara.
At another function at Agali, the Minister will lay the foundation stone for a office of the Mooppan Council.
