Media institute opened

KOCHI: The Don Bosco Image Institute of Media, Animation, Graphics and Efx was inaugurated on Monday at Don Bosco Cultural Centre on the NH 47 bypass by Fr Thomas Anchukandam, Provincial of The Salesian Province, Bangalore.

The Auxilliary Bishop of the Ernakulam-Angamaly Archdiocese Mar Sebastian Edayanthrath blessed the institute. It offers courses in audio/video editing, script writing, animation, graphics and web designing, photography and videography.

The institute's director Fr Jiji Kalavanal was among those who spoke at the function.
