Addressing a press conference here, he said the, “so-called farmer-friendly Congress government has usurped over six lakh acres of farm lands from farmers and handed them over to corporates at a throw-away price and planned to hand over another six lakh acres to industries.” “We have no option but to intensify stirs, mobilise farmers and also like-minded parties for protracted struggle''. AIKS would organise stirs district-wise in protest against acute shortage of fertilizers., he said. The Prakasam district AIKS meeting, attended by Rama Rao and others, later decided to organise dharnas in front of banks from Wednesday to press for early release of crop loans.
