CBI likely to move Supreme Court

Special Correspondent

HYDERABAD: The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), which is prosecuting the Satyam scam accused, is likely to move the Supreme Court seeking cancellation of the bail granted to former company chairman B. Ramalinga Raju.

Natural corollary

Sources in CBI said the move to approach the Supreme Court was a natural corollary as the agency had already petitioned the apex court to cancel the bail which was recently granted to five other accused in the case.

In the same vein, the CBI might plead in the case of Mr. Raju.
