Collector honours artistes

TIRUCHI: Collector T.Soundiah honoured 15 artistes in the field of music, drama and dance at a function organised by the Muthamizh Kalai Panbattu Maiyam on the Independence Day here on Sunday.

The Collector presented certificates and commended their services. Differently abled students of Seva, a voluntary organisation, and students of Seva Santhi Matriculation and Srirangam Bharathanatyalaya performed cultural programmes. R.Gunasekaran, Assistant Director of Department of Art and Culture participated.
