NEW DELHI: Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on Saturday inaugurated ‘Udyami Helpline', the call centre of Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) that will work as a single point facility for small and medium entrepreneurs for a wide spectrum of information and accessibility of banks and other MSME-related organisations. The toll-free number, 1800-180-6763, would provide information on a wide range of subjects. “The helpline will improve public access to the government, particularly from the rural and remote areas and make the government more responsive to the public needs,” said MSME Minister Dinsha Patel
