Sangrur (Punjab): Five migrant labourers from Bihar were killed and one injured in a blast in the dryer of a paper mill near Malerkotla early on Saturday. The deceased were identified as Jeevan Kumar, Dev Kumar, Guddu Tiwari, Guddu Singh and Mukesh Kumar. The injured was identified as Deep Chand. He is undergoing treatment in Malerkotla Civil Hospital, the police said. They said a used paper dryer was purchased a few days ago by the mill owners. - PTI
