Vizag keeps crown

VISAKHAPATNAM: Host Visakhapatnam retained the title in the ACA North Zone women's inter-district tournament, winning all its three matches with a bonus point. Srikakulam with two wins was runner-up.

The scores: Vizianagaram 50 in 25 overs (G. Polamma three for three) lost to Visakhapatnam 51 for three in 21 overs.

East Godavari 94 in 43.5 overs (K.V.S. Chandana three for 12, M. Damayanthi three for 13) lost to Srikakulam 95 for five in 34 overs (L. Lakshmi Devi 25 n.o., Himabindu three for 24).
