CUTTACK: There is no let up to the students' stir demanding adequate hostels in Ravenshaw University even as the hunger strike by some students entered sixth day on Monday. While the striking students and the varsity authorities refuge to budge an inch from their respective stands, local opposition political leaders of the Congress and the BJP have started interfering into the Ravenshaw stalemate by forming a united forum to throw their weight behind the cause of the students. The All India DSO activists of the city and some ex-students of the famous institution in the meantime have also started a signature campaign with a slogan “Remove V-C and save Ravenshaw”.
