Remax launches operations

Has large-scale expansion plans across the country

VIJAYAWADA: Remax, a global real estate brokerage organisation, has launched its operations in the city through a local franchisee called Remax Plus. Remax regional director A. Balajee Kumar and Remax Plus managing director Ch. Krishna Rao signed an agreement to this effect on Saturday. Addressing a press conference, Mr. Kumar and Mr. Rao said that Remax had huge plans for expansion across the country and 80 offices were already established in different places. In Andhra Pradesh, Remax launched its operations for the first time in Hyderabad and opened offices in eight locations.

Business opportunity

Mr. Kumar said they were hoping to open more than 20 offices in the first year and the best people would be chosen to represent their activities. They were identifying franchisees and real estate agents would be able to operate in local, national and global realty network of Remax. Stating that their company was promoting Business Opportunity Apke Ghar Show (BOAG), Mr. Kumar said that it would prove to be an opportunity to create business chance to thousands of prospective entrepreneurs at a single point. Experts, cutting across various professions like banking and accountancy, would also be actively involved in their realty activities by creating a corporate platform. Mr. Rao said that as a franchisee, they would be able to deliver the goods effectively to the people as they had three decades of experience in the traditional realty model. The franchisee would deal with all activities of Remax and provide the advantage of networking clients worldwide to local people.
