Udhagamandalam: The Regional Transport Office on Saturday cracked down on vehicles equippedwith unauthorized horns. The Regional Transport Officer, D.Venkataraman said that the use of blaring horns was banned in this hill station. He added that such horns would be removed and appropriate action initiated against the vehicle owners.
