Udhagamandalam: The Kotagiri-based Saint Jude's Public School and Junior College has been selected to represent the country at the International Schools Software Competition 2010, which will be held in Chennai between October 21 and 24. Chairman, Saint Jude's School and Junior College P.P.Dhanrajan said at Kotagiri on Sunday that the prelims of the national level competition organised by the Computer Society of India were held in 18 centres throughout India. The objective was to bring out problem solving and programming talents in school students, with speed, accuracy and team co-ordination, in a competitive environment, at the Regional, National and International levels and motivate them with due recognition. Around 3,000 schools participated in the programme.
