Students' JAC to organise boycott of classes

Special Correspondent

VIJAYAWADA: The JAC of students organisations for a unified State is going to organise a boycott of classes in all educational institutions on Monday to register its protest against the attack on Seemandhra lecturers.

Leader of the movement for a unified State Kolanukonda Sivaji in a statement said the lecturers were working at the orders of the State Government when they were attacked.

It was therefore the responsibility of the Government to bring the guilt to book. The Students' JAC also wants to warn the Government to succumb to the pressure of the TRS leaders and reserve 42 per cent to people of Telangana in the APPSC Group I examination to be held on September 5, Mr Sivaji said.
