VISAKHAPATNAM: GreenPark hotel is conducting a Hyderabadi food festival at its covered Meadows and the festival will be on every day till Sunday (excluding Saturday which happens to be Vinayaka Chaviti) from 7.30 p.m. daily. According to General Manager K.M. Rao of the hotel, the ‘mega' - Hyderabadi delicacies – is being set at the lawns covered with rain proof shamiana at the hotel. “The choicest of Hyderabadi biryanis can be relished along with kebabs both veg and non-veg cooked on the spot, filling the atmosphere with fine aroma and flavours of the dishes,” he said. The non-vegetarian main course includes murgh shikhampuri kebab, nayab mahi tikka, gosht e tarkari dum biryani, kachi dum pukht murgh biryani, murgh badam pasanda, sharbati tamatri gosht, and haleem while the vegetarians can savor laziz mahmali paneer tikka, shabnam tarunum, paneer pasanda, saloni navratna subzi, lauki musallum, miloni tana subzi laziz, tarkari dumbiryani etc. Apart from this, there would be entertainment for music lovers and dancers with in-house band Rhythm and Taal churning out all-time hit numbers. There would be lots of prizes and gifts for enthusiastic dancers and fun lovers, Mr. Rao said. The special attraction is that the ambience would take visitors through the Golconda fort to the Charminar, for memories of almost 400 years, he added.
