International racer's bicycle stolen

NEW DELHI: The bicycle of a participant in the Delhi Cyclothon international race went missing from near Jantar Mantar here on August 29.

The incident took place after the event when Gurmeet Singh of Alwar in Rajasthan, one of the participants, went for lunch after parking his bicycle at a pavilion marked for international cyclists. When he returned, he found the bicycle missing.

Based on his complaint, the Parliament Street police have registered a case and are trying to locate the bicycle.
