KANNUR: Retired officers and staff of the State Bank of Travancore (SBT) in Kannur and Kasaragod districts had a get-together here on the occasion of the 65th anniversary of the bank on Sunday. SBT Assistant General Manager C.V. Prasad, who chaired the function, underlined the hard work and service of the bank's existing and retired staff. Senior-most retired staff member Balachandran Menon was honoured. Retired AGM T.V.K. Poduval, Regional Manager C.H. Ramachandran, district president of the Retired Bank Officers' Association K. Kunhiraman, district secretary of the Retired Bank Employees' Association A.C. Madhavan and bank Chief Manager K.P. Rajendran were present.
