DCI staff union demands wage revision
Visakhapatnam: Dredging Corporation of India Non-Executive Employees' Union has asked the Ministry of Shipping to revise their wages immediately.
In a memorandum submitted to Shipping Secretary K. Mohan Das during the latter's visit to the city, union working president N. Narasinga Rao stated that the wage revision for non-executives was due for the past 45 months. He said in a representation that the management was not taking the revision issue seriously and sought his intervention for early revision as well as promoting the non-executives.
