KOCHI: Andhra Pradesh's P.C. Vignesh, the India No. 11, has been given the top billing in the men's singles in the RSC-AITA national-ranking tennis tournament which begins at the Regional Sports Centre courts here on Monday morning. Maharashtra's Nupur Kaul, ranked No. 19 in the country, is the top seed in women's singles. The main draw matches begin at 7.30 a.m. tomorrow and the inauguration, by Amit Malik, Director of Youth Affairs, will be at 8.30 a.m. The seedings (top five): Men's singles: 1. P.C. Vignesh (AP), 2. Aditya Madkekar (Mah), 3. Shabhaaz Khan (Mah), 4. Ajay Selvaraj (TN), 5. Mohammad Fariz (TN). Women's singles: 1. Nupur Kaul (Mah), 2. Aishwayra Shrivatsav (Mah), 3. Nehel Sahni (Del), 4.
