KARIMNAGAR: On the eve of Ganesh immersion procession, the organisers of various Ganesh mandaps in Karimnagar town have conducted special “homams” to appease Lord Vinayaka on Sunday. The homam was held at Mahalaxmi temple in posh Chaitanyapuri colony, Vidyaranyapuri, Ambedkar stadium and other parts of the town. The organisers also organised poor feeding programme on the occasion.
