SANGAREDDY: Congress legislator from Sangareddy T. Jayaprakash Reddy alleged that Congress MPs G. Vivek, Madhu Yashki Goud and Telangana Rashtra Samiti president K. Chandrasekhar Rao have formed a syndicate and were using the Telangana issue for political gains. Speaking to reporters here on Sunday, Mr. Reddy said that the Congress leaders have been causing loss to the party with their behaviour. Welcoming the statement made by Mr. Chandrasekhar Rao that those residing in the region would also be provided with employment opportunities, the MLA said that lives of hundreds of youth would have been saved had the same statement been made one-and-half years back. “Wrong emotions were raised to the peak thereby leading youth to commit suicides. This is nothing but cheating the people,” he said. Stating that the TRS president is more committed for an integrated Andhra Pradesh State instead of a separate Telangana State, the Congress MLA alleged that the Telangana issue is being used to garner votes and support from the public.
