Job issue: TJAC to seek explanation from KCR
Special Correspondent
‘KCR's comments upset local youth as several non-locals settled here in violation of mulki, 6-point formula'
HYDERABAD: The Telangana Joint Action Committee has decided to seek an explanation from TRS president K. Chandrasekhar Rao on his comments on employment opportunities to people born in the region.
The TJAC which met at the residence of its convenor M. Kodandaram felt it was not proper for leaders to comment on the employment related issues without considering violations made to various orders issued from time to time.
Prof. Kodandaram said the remarks raised concern among the genuine local youth as there were several instances of non-locals settling here in violation of Mulki rules, Six-Point formula and other orders.
“The leaders should keep in mind the observations made by Justice Girglani and orders issued by the Government while making comments on the issue,” he said. The TJAC would seek to know from Mr. Rao the intentions and circumstances under which he made the comments.
