VISAKHAPATNAM: While announcing compensation for the families of two victims of Makavarapalem incident, Collector J. Syamala Rao on Friday informed that eligible villagers of Tamaram would be allotted house sites in the village layout where those displaced due to construction of Anrak aluminium plant were being given house sites. House sites and houses under the Indiramma scheme would be provided to the eligible families in other villages. Mr. Syamala Rao said that action would be taken according to the report of an inquiry being conducted into the Makavarapalem incident and the irregularities in distribution of compensation for the assigned land.
