HYDERABAD: Former State BJP president Bandaru Dattatreya has warned the ruling party legislators that they will face public ire if employees, teachers and students involved in the Telangana movement are victimised.
In a statement here on Sunday, he alleged that Uppal legislator B. Raji Reddy and other ruling party leaders were behind the transfer of Kapra deputy municipal commissioner, Srinivas Goud, who was an active leader in TJAC.
He demanded the government to revert his posting to Kapra. The BJP leader wanted the government to put an end to its unfriendly attitude towards Telangana and democratic movements.
