Blood donation camp

Thiruvananthapuram: Government officials here will take part in a voluntary blood donation camp at the Durbar Hall in the Secretariat on October 1, as part of the National Blood Donation Day observance. Chief Secretary P. Prabakaran will inaugurate the camp. Health Secretary Manoj Joshi, Health (Medical Education) and Social Welfare Secretary Usha Titus, State Mission Director, National Rural Health Mission, Ratan Kelkar, Director of Health Services M.K. Jeevan and Kerala State AIDS Control Society's (KSACS) Project Director K. Shailaja will be present.

KSACS is also organising a blood donation camp at Marion Engineering College in which around 600 youth are expected to donate blood.
