T. M. Bhasin

Anup Sankar Bhattacharya, Executive Director, Indian Bank, will take over as Chairman and Managing Director of Bank of Maharashtra on October 1, and not Indian Bank as reported in these columns on Thursday.

T. M. Bhasin is Chairman and Managing Director, Indian Bank. He took over as CMD of Indian Bank on April 1, 2010, and will continue to head the bank as per Government of India notification till March 2015 and his service is up to May 31, 2016. The error is regretted.
