TIRUCHI: Distribution of assistance to students and other weaker sections of the society marked the official visit of Renuka Gopinath, Inner Wheel district chairperson, district 321, of the Inner Wheel Club of Tiruchi recently.

Ms.Gopinath handed over Rs.8,000 to a student of Cauvery College for Women for paying her college fee and Rs.15,000 to an autism child of Pravaag Special School towards her annual fee. She also distributed wheel chair to Sevai Home, Allur; computer to Ramakrishna Middle School, footwear to 80 students of Ramakrishna Middle Schoolceiling fans and three pairs of hearing aids to the Holy Cross Service Society, Athavathur.

Nallammai Swaminathan, president of the club, presided over the function. Usha Kumar, editor, released the club bulletin . Uma Sornaganesh, secretary presented a report.
