Shimla: Himachal Pradesh Governor Urmila Singh on Sunday inaugurated the famous Kullu Dussehra festival by participating in the Rath Yatra of Lord Raghunath at the historic Dhalpur Ground in Kullu. About 200 deities drawn from various parts of Kullu Valley assembled at the Dhalpur Ground to participate in the festival, which is being organised since 1660 in a traditional manner. - PTI
