Kasaragod: The local body polls will be a referendum on the performance of the LDF government, Indian Union Muslim League national secretary Abdul Samad Samadhani has said. The State witnessed all round stagnation in development, unprecedented price rise and growth in unemployment during the four-and-a-half years' misrule of the government and the people were waiting for a major change in governance, Mr.Samadhani told a press conference here. IUML district president Cherkalam Abdulla was present at the media conference.
