Court orders issue of fresh notice to actors

CHENNAI: The Principal Judge, Family Court, on Tuesday ordered issue of fresh notice to actors Prabhu Deva and Nayanthara on an application by Prabhu Deva's wife Latha.

In her application, Latha had sought an interim injunction restraining her husband and Nayanthara from marrying each other.

The court had ordered issue of notice and posted the matter for Tuesday. The actors were not present.

The Principal Judge ordered issue of fresh notice. The matter has been posted for November 23.
