Districts I takes lead

CHENNAI: Districts I and City II secured the first-innings lead in their matches against City III and Districts II in the TNCA round-robin under-14 cricket tournament here on Tuesday.

The scores: Districts I 201 drew with City III 173 in 77.3 overs (Hari Easwar 31, S. Aravind 29, Kasi Viswanathan three for 16, R. Adithya four for 25).

City II 194 and 19 for two in ten overs drew with Districts II 104 in 56 overs (Santosh Siva 25, Deepak Magesh Srivatsan three for 34).
