Restoring the Ganga to its glory

Staff Reporter

NEW DELHI: The Delhi branch of Chinmaya Mission and Save Ganga Movement are hosting a discourse on “The Glories of Lord Krishna” by Swami Tejomayananda, worldwide head of the Mission, at Chinmaya Vidyalaya in Vasant Vihar here for four days beginning this Thursday.

Born as a result of an ecological initiative by the National Women's Organisation based in Pune, Save Ganga Movement is based on Gandhian principles. It focuses on creating awareness and mobilising public opinion for cleaning the Ganga and its tributaries.
