It must submit report on October 11 ruckus in 15 days BANGALORE: Karnataka Legislative Assembly Speaker K.G. Bopaiah has constituted a seven-member House Committee, headed by Appachu Ranjan of the Bharatiya Janata Party, to submit a report recommending suitable action against 15 Opposition MLAs (Congress – 8 and JD(S) – 7), who have been identified for all the ruckus in the Legislative Assembly during the October 11 trust vote. The Speaker's action is with reference to a petition filed before him by the BJP, which states that the Congress and JD(S) MLAs lowered the dignity of the House by creating a ruckus and used abusive language against the Speaker during the trust vote. The Opposition MLAs not only brought the disqualified five independent legislators to the House but also assaulted the marshals. Unruly behaviour Referring to the complaint, a notification issued by the Assembly Secretary S.B. Ashok, Rahim Khan, H.P. Manjunath, Kakaso Panduranga Patil (all Congress), C.S. Puttaraju, B.Z. Zameer Ahmed, Bandeppa Kashampur, M.T. Krishnappa, H.C. Balakrishna, K.P. Bache Gowda and K.
