LUCKNOW: Shreya Pasricha of Uttar Pradesh defeated the top-seeded Simran Kaur Sethi of Delhi 6-2, 6-7(3), 6-2 in the girls semifinals of the 10th Eldeco R.S. Sagar memorial AITA super series under-16 tennis tournament on Thursday. In the final, she will meet fourth seed Tahira Bhatti. The results: Boys (semifinals): Fatehdeep Singh bt Dhruv Agarwal 6-1, 7-5; Garvit Batra bt Ayush Mintri 3-6, 6-3, 6-3. Doubles (final): Ayush Mintri and Garvit Batra bt Dhruv agarwal and Ranjeet Singh 7-6(7), 6-2. Girls (semifinals): Shreya Pasricha bt Simran Kaur Sethi 6-2, 6-7(3), 6-2; Tahira Bhatti bt Riya Bhatia 6-0, 7-6(5). Doubles (final): Shreya Pasricha and Tahira Bhatti bt Riya Bhatia and Simran Kaur Sethi 6-1, 7-5 . Kunal in final Kunal Anand defeated Saurabh Patil 6-4, 3-6, 6-1 in the men's semifinals of the Rs. 2,00,000 AITA ranking tennis tournament at the Sector-21 Stadium Complex in Noida on Thursday. Other results (semifinals): Men: Lakshit Sood bt Chandril Sood 6-3, 6-3. Women: Shweta Rana bt Vaniya Dangwal 6-3, 6-4; Nehal Sahni bt Likita Shetty 6-3, 6-2 .
