Draft voter list to be displayed at polling stations

VIJAYAWADA: Draft voters' list pertaining to all polling stations located under the purview of Vijayawada Municipal Corporation (Vijayawada West, Vijayawada East and Vijayawada Central Assembly constituencies) will be released at all polling stations, post offices concerned and at the municipal corporation office.

Any changes with regard to voter registration, amendments, objections or inclusion of photograph could be sought by the applicant from October 30 to November 23.

Applicant must approach individually to seek changes and applications in bunches will not be entertained.

A candidate who will complete 18 years of age by January 1, 2011, and qualify for the right to vote for the first time, will have to submit age proof and residence proof.
