Vishal shines for Mysore

Bangalore: M.L. Vishal's unbeaten 205 (178b, 29x4, 1x6) helped Mysore gain a 73-run first-innings lead over Bangalore City in a KSCA under-16 inter-zonal tournament match that concluded in a draw here on Monday.

The scores: Bangalore City XI 341 for eight in 90 overs (Bharath 106, Sharath 69, Rohith 54, Dhanush 47, Suhas four for 82, Pavan four for 99) drew with Mysore 414 for four in 83 overs (M.L. Vishal 205 n.o., S. Pradeep 84, K. Arun 69 n.o.).

Raichur 271 for nine in 90 overs (B.G. Shivananda 74, Pratik Bhandari 60, Abhishek Naik 32, D.C. Mohith three for 43) drew with Vice President's XI 97 in 44.2 overs (Shashank 36, Irfan Inamdar four for 14, Avinash Devadurgakar three for 16) and 53 for no loss in 22 overs.

President's XI 424 in 89 overs (D. Nischal 110, Rakshith 76, Manoj Kumar 66, P.D. Nitish 44, Shimo Luiz 33, Taj Md. Moin Ur Rehman four for 50, C. Deekshith three for 59) drew with Tumkur 190 in 77.3 overs (R. Nikhil 52, Bharath 33, Suhas 29, Shimon Luiz three for 19).
