Sailors wins

NEW DELHI: Sailors defeated Horse & Wagun 5-3 in the ninth Field Marshal Cariappa Cup Polo tournament at the Army Equestrian Centre, Delhi Cantt here on Tuesday.

Akhil Sirohi scored four goals for Sailors which started with one goal handicap. For Horse & Wagun, the scorers were Buchi Prakash, Ris Ramesh Singh and Siddhant Sharma.

In another match, Tigers beat Colts 3-2. Vishal Chauhan scored two goals for Tigers which had one goal on handicap. For Colts, the goals came from Sameer Chaudhary and Baljinder Dhillon.
