Solatium granted

CHENNAI: Chief Minister M. Karunanidhi has granted Rs. 1 lakh as solatium to the family of Thavamani, who was electrocuted on November 4.

Thavamani, a class 6 student, died after she came in contact with an electric fence near her school in Walparai, Coimbatore.
