DYSS ‘A', BEML wins

Bangalore: DYSS ‘A' and BEML posted seven-goal victories in the round-robin stage of the State ‘B' division hockey championship here on Tuesday.

Sudhakar and Sachin bagged braces as DYSS ‘A' humbled SHBHC, (Gadag) 8-1. In the second match, BEML pummelled DYSS ‘B' 7-0 with Naresh Babu scoring a hat-trick.

The results: DYSS ‘A' 8 (Sudhakar 2, Sachin 2, Vasu, Kusha, Honnurswamy, Hashim) bt SHBHC (Gadag) 1 (Kalyan); BEML 7 (Naresh Babu 3, Ramesh 2, Kalappa, Rajan) bt DYSS ‘B' 0 .
