Staff Reporter

VISAKHAPATNAM: Leaders of various political parties in Andhra have been invited by the Federation of Non-Resident Indians from Andhra Pradesh living in the USA to participate in Andhra Pradesh Formation Day celebrations.

Praja Rajyam President Chiranjeevi has deputed party leader and Anakapalle MLA Ganta Srinivasa Rao to participate in the tour. Lagadapati Rajgopal of the Congress and Payyavula Kesav of the Telugu Desam will also participate in the tour.

NRI s from Andhra are aspiring for a united Andhra Pradesh and they want to convey the same to the political leaders. They are also of the view that the State can achieve all-round development only when it remains united, according to a statement issued by Mr. Srinivasa Rao.

The delegates would visit Detroit, Washington DC, New Jersey, Atlanta, Dallas, California, Arizona and other important States from November 19 to 28. They would celebrate Dasara, Deepavali and Sankranthi along with the Telugus living in America.
