NEW DELHI: Even as the BJP high command is considering various alternatives to resolve the Karnataka imbroglio in the wake of a land scam allegedly involving the Chief Minister, including a possible replacement for him, B.S. Yeddyurappa, who arrived here on Friday night, ruled out his resignation. “No resignation, such question does not arise at all,” he told journalists on arrival from Bangalore, on being summoned by the party leadership. Later he attended a core committee meeting of the State BJP at the residence of national president Nitin Gadkari. Mr. Yeddyurappa maintained that he had already ordered a judicial probe into the land denotification issue and that the land acquired by his son and daughter had been surrendered. Unable to stomach the good work done by him to develop the State, the Opposition parties were levelling allegations against him, the Chief Minister said.
